    LV Power & Motor Control Centers — 0.4 kV

    Form-4 type-tested assemblies up to 6,300 A and 100 kA peak, manufactured on an IEC 61439-1/-2-certified production line. Includes intelligent motor controllers, capacitor banks, and soft-starters for continuous-process industrial loads.

Vertical integration is not a slogan — it is a delivery-risk instrument.

Most electromechanical EPCs procure LV switchgear from one supplier, MV cells from a second, and substation automation from a third. Each interface is a delivery risk: a slipped LV panel from vendor A cascades into a missed MV cell shipment from vendor B, and the plant handover date moves three weeks. Er Teknik Enerji manufactures LV switchgear and 36 kV MV cells on a single ISO 9001:2015 + IEC 61439-certified floor in Kocaeli. One quality plan, one inspection regime, one logistics chain.

This is why our 98.4% on-time commissioning rate is audited, not aspirational. When a critical-power upgrade enters our workshop, the only external dependency is the client-side civil scope — and we provide the interface schedule for that as a controlled document under our ISO 9001:2015 quality system.

The same logic extends to the 154 kV HV substation scope. We do not build transformers in-house, but we hold the IEC 61850-3 Edition 2 substation-automation certification — a qualification only six vendors in EMEA can claim — which means our protection, control, and SCADA integration layer is engineered to the same documentation discipline as the panels coming off our own line. The result for the client: a single point of accountability from the 0.4 kV busbar to the 154 kV transmission interface.
