Er Teknik Enerji Elektromekanik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. has operated continuously since its 2007 incorporation in Gebze, Kocaeli. Audited turnover for FY 2023 closed at USD 87.4 million, a 34% year-on-year increase, signed off by Deloitte Türkiye. The company holds 312 employees as of Q4 2024, of whom 41 carry Professional Engineer (PE) licensure recognised by the Turkish Union of Chambers of Engineers and Architects. Headcount has not contracted in any reporting year since founding.
The capital structure supports long-tail warranty obligations directly. A bonded capacity of USD 42 million per single project is accepted by Euler Hermes, Coface, and Türk Eximbank — the three export-credit agencies most commonly named in EMEA and Central Asian tenders. Bankable performance guarantees are issued against that capacity without recourse to parent-company indemnity. The 2022–2024 safety record stands at a 0.18 Total Recordable Incident Rate, 71% below the industry median of 0.62 — a metric your HSE auditor will check independently.
Certification coverage is current and surveilled annually: ISO 9001:2015 (quality), ISO 14001:2015 (environment), ISO 45001:2018 (occupational health & safety), and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (information security). Surveillance audit reports and Statement of Applicability excerpts are released under NDA. The R&D centre has held Ministry of Industry and Technology accreditation since 2018 and currently holds 14 active patents in power-conversion topologies.
